The indoor pool was fantastic for the kids to enjoy.

I was offered a room with amazing views of the mountains. The beds were exceptionally comfortable in the large bedroom. The location for Pigeon Forge was good and ideal, really close to many areas of interest and restaurants Ann's attractions.

This hotel has potential. The staff is friendly, and the 24/7 snack area is a nice touch. It’s clean, which is essential. the pool had a strong chlorine smell, and we encountered foam every night. Our toilet clogged repeatedly, and the bed felt uncomfortably hard. The air conditioning was inadequate, leaving the room hot. The fridge was broken, wasting hours of our stay. Communication was lacking—despite providing details for our guests, they faced unnecessary hurdles at check-in. It’s a shame—the friendly staff deserves a better environment. Improvements are needed for a truly enjoyable visit.

at breakfast there was unfortunately only plastic cutlery, plastic cups and styrofoam plates.

The heating in the room worked well, however, the air conditioning was a standout feature - it kept the room nice and cool, especially during the hot days. We really appreciated having a bathtub in the room, as it's a nice touch for relaxation. One area that could use improvement is the cleanliness and maintenance of the bathroom. Everything metal in the bathroom was rusty, and we even noticed some black mold growing under the soap dish. The commode lid on the toilet was loose and ready to fall off, which was a bit inconvenient. The housekeeping staff did a good job of keeping the rooms clean, but the overall maintenance of the hotel could be better. The carpeted floor in our room looked worn out, and the bathroom door squeaked loudly. It would also be nice to see more toiletries provided, as the complimentary ones were quite basic. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for entertainment, and we found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. the location of the hotel was convenient, and the tours/ticket assistance offered was helpful for exploring the area.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the fun stuff. Beds and pillows were super cozy for a good night's sleep. Nice breakfast spread with yummy make, your, own waffles.

Pool and gym were closed, a huge bummer as that was a selling point for me. Wi, Fi only in the lobby, not cool in this day and age.

The bed was extremely firm, making it challenging to get a good night’s sleep. I appreciated the warm pool area, but it could benefit from better ventilation. The breakfast had a wide variety, though I only tried it twice. The bathroom had some cleanliness issues, including black mold, and the door was problematic. I found the overall room cleanliness lacking, with dirty floors and small, inconvenient storage. Temperature control was inconsistent; the A/C didn’t function properly.

It was supposed to be in smoke-free area but it was the opposite because the smoke came through the ventilation of the bathroom. Someone was smoking marijuana in the corridor or room because in the smell he entered the room and had to put a towel to cover the slit. the door otherwise was very good the stay calm and comfortable

The cleanliness of the room was questionable, and I encountered issues like a malfunctioning AC and peeling carpet. Breakfast was underwhelming, with little variety and some food that didn't seem fully cooked. What really stood out was the noise from the road and the pool that was closed for maintenance longer than expected after a mishap. it was conveniently located near attractions, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping. Definitely a mixed bag.
